One of the FC Barcelona supporters\u2019 clubs that reaches half a century of existence<\/strong> this year is the Penya Barcelonista Olot i Comarca<\/strong><\/a>, belonging to Federaci\u00f3 de Penyes del Giron\u00e8s, la Selva, Garrotxa i Pla de l’Estany.<\/strong> To commemorate it, the entity organized last Friday a gala celebration in their town, bringing together about 220 culers <\/strong>who wanted to accompany the penya on such a special day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was attended by the president of FC Barcelona, Joan Laporta<\/strong>, together with the members of the board Antonio Escudero<\/strong> and Josep Ignasi Maci\u00e0<\/strong>. Also in attendance were Joaquim Vall-llosera<\/strong>, president of the aforementioned federation, as well as Juan Manuel Asensi<\/strong>, president of the Agrupaci\u00f3 Bar\u00e7a Jugadors; Josep Berga<\/strong>, mayor of Olot; and Santi Reixach<\/strong> mayor of Vall de Bianya. In addition to the PB Olot i Comarca, with its president Francesc Delforn<\/strong> at the head, numerous penyes<\/strong> of the Federaci\u00f3 Giron\u00e8s, la Selva, Garrotxa i Pla de l’Estany, as well as some of the Federaci\u00f3 Empord\u00e0 i Catalunya Nord<\/strong> participated in the celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emotional and festive event<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

The 50th anniversary of the PB Olot i Comarca started with the welcome and speeches of the main guests<\/strong>, as well as with the delivery of respective gifts among the entities that were present.<\/strong> After dinner, several prizes were raffled among the attendees<\/strong>. During the event, there was also a tribute to Joan Casals, the Avi del Bar\u00e7a<\/a><\/strong>, who passed away two weeks ago, as well as to a member of the PB Olot i Comarca.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, the 50th anniversary of the PB Olot i Comarca was an evening with a great festive character<\/strong>, but also with a strong emotional component among all the supporters in attendance<\/strong>. It also demonstrated the unity of the supporters\u2019 clubs movement<\/strong> and the hope of closing the season successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
