Once again, the blaugrana organization is calling on all <strong> penya members, associates and Bar\u00e7a fans in general to demonstrate their narrative skills by writing a short story in which Bar\u00e7a plays a leading role<\/strong> of some kind. The text, which can be in Catalan or Spanish, cannot exceed three pages in length and must be signed with a pseudonym. <strong>The deadline for submission is September 5, 2024<\/strong>. The delivery must be done via email to <strong><a href=\"mailto:pbfm55@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pbfm55@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>, with the subject &#8220;VIII Certamen Literari de contes del Bar\u00e7a&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>The PB Foment Martinenc will distribute <strong>700 euros in awards<\/strong>: 300 euros to the best story, 200 euros to the second and 100 euros to the third, plus a <strong> parallel prize of 100 euros to the best work written by a member of the penya<\/strong>, as long as it does not win one of the other three. The jury will be made up of people with literary knowledge. The awards to the winning stories will be delivered <strong> during the month of November<\/strong>, coinciding with the <strong>69th anniversary <\/strong> of the PB Foment Martinenc.<\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-certamen-de-gran-prestigi\"><strong>A contest of great prestige<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n<p>After seven editions, the Literary Contest of the PB Foment Martinenc has become <strong>one of the most popular initiatives within the penyes world<\/strong>. In addition to numerous entities of federations of the Catalan territory, there have also participated penyes from the federations of Murcia; Aragon, Navarra and La Rioja; Castilla y Leon; Extremadura; or Andalucia, Ceuta and Melilla. <strong>More than 20 different penyes have taken part of it over the years.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>On the other hand, <strong>the Literary Contest has also counted with the participation of well-known names of the journalistic world linked to Bar\u00e7a:<\/strong> Santi Ovalle, David Salinas, Alex Delm\u00e1s, Cecilia Mart\u00ednez, Sique Rodr\u00edguez, Albert Llim\u00f3s or Esther Fega, among many others. Even <strong>a former Bar\u00e7a player like Paco Mart\u00ednez took part in one of the editions<\/strong>.
