This past weekend, the XXI Congress of Penyes of Aficiones Unidas<\/a><\/strong> took place in Castell\u00f3n, once again bringing together over 1,000 supporters from 34 federations of penyes from the 1st and 2nd Divisions and the 1st RFEF<\/strong>. During the event, the traditional awards ceremony for the best fanbases of the season was held, where the Confederaci\u00f3 Mundial de Penyes was awarded the title of \u201cmost well-traveled\u201d supporters<\/strong>. This recognition highlights the loyalty of Bar\u00e7a supporters, members, and fans who followed their <\/strong>team throughout the 2024\u20132025 LaLiga EA Sports season. <\/p>\n\n

The president of Aficiones Unidas, Jorge Guerrero, presented the award to C\u00e9sar Ferr\u00e1ndiz<\/strong>, secretary of the Federaci\u00f3 de Penyes Barcelonistes de les Comarques de Castell\u00f3, who accepted it on behalf of the blaugrana supporters\u2019 community. This season, Bar\u00e7a fans purchased a total of 6,235 tickets for away league matches<\/strong>, largely thanks to the visiting stand agreement signed between Aficiones Unidas and La Liga in 2023<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Among the other awards presented, the best stadium award went to the Federaci\u00f3 Catalana de Penyes del RCD Espanyol de Barcelona, while the best fanbase and Golden Whistle awards were given to the Agrupaci\u00f3 de Penyes Valencianistes. Once again, the Congress of Penyes of Aficiones Unidas showcased the harmony among the various spanish football fanbases<\/strong>, who shared a wide range of activities over the course of three days. <\/p>\n
