Once again, the celebration of a blaugrana title was heard all over the world thanks to the FC Barcelona penyes movement. In the more than 70 countries in which this collective is present, the fans gathered in the different penyes headquarters to watch the final of the Spanish Super Cup together and end up celebrating in style a title that, in addition, meant a new goal fest against the eternal rival.
Despite the time differences, which in some Asian regions meant watching the match in the early hours of the morning, the penyes gathered their members all over the world. From the west coast of the United States to Indonesia, the penyes community once again shouted in unison for every goal and also demonstrated their important role as Barça ambassadors in each of the regions where they are present.
Penyes in Jeddah
The penyes also showed once again that they are capable of mobilising to support the team no matter where. Members of the PB London and the PB Baghdad (FCB World Federation), as well as the PB Almogàvers Garrotxins (Federació Gironès, Selva, Garrotxa i Pla de l’Estany) did not hesitate to travel to Saudi Arabia to support Hansi Flick’s team. All of them could celebrate the winning of the title live.
