The Confederació Mundial de Penyes, represented by its president Antoni Guil, has joined the letter sent by the “Fem Barça” platform to FC Barcelona ahead of the upcoming Assembly of Delegates, scheduled for October 19. In this letter, the Club is asked to hold the assembly in a hybrid format, combining both in-person and online participation. This would encourage real involvement from all delegate members and allow for a meaningful exchange of arguments during the assembly.
Likewise, the letter requests that, in the event of a proposed statutory amendment, voting be carried out by blocks of articles within the same chapter or by separate points. This would allow for specific deliberation on each topic and the possibility to submit amendments before each vote. This approach would rule out a single, joint vote. The Confederació Mundial de Penyes has historically advocated for this matter.
Both the Confederació Mundial de Penyes and the “Fem Barça” platform encourage all delegates to take part in the October 19 assembly, thereby strengthening the call for participation and transparency in the life of FC Barcelona.
