The Peña Barcelonista Totana – Santa Eulalia Sports School organized a day of coexistence that combined sport, values, and social commitment. The initiative, driven by the Barça supporters’ club belonging to the Federación de Peñas de Murcia, brought together more than 120 children from Totana, Paretón, and Aledo at the facilities of the Totana Municipal Sports Complex. During the event, participants of different ages played several football matches, which were marked by a great atmosphere of coexistence, teamwork, and mutual respect.
Human and solidarity values
This sports and solidarity day, held with the collaboration of Totana’s sports department, has as its main goal the promotion of sport and healthy lifestyle habits from an early age. It also aims to convey to children the importance of values such as respect, teamwork, and friendship. In addition, all participating boys and girls wore solidarity-themed kits to give visibility to the rare disease association D’Genes and to international initiatives supporting families and individuals affected by lipodystrophy, as a gesture of support and social awareness.
The PB Totana, chaired by Juan Carrión, has included this project within its work plan under the motto “Solidary Hope 2026”, reaffirming its commitment to sport as a tool for inclusion, values education, and solidarity. Next March, the Peña Barcelonista Totana – Santa Eulalia Sports School plans to hold another solidarity-themed event.
