PB Santa Eulària des Riu celebrates its new official recognition

The Ibizan supporters’ club, founded in 1992, celebrated the beginning of this new chapter with a blaugrana event in its hometown

The town of Santa Eulària des Riu, on the island of Ibiza, once again has an officially recognized Barça supporters’ club. This is the Penya Blaugrana de Santa Eulària des Riu, which belongs to the Federació de Penyes de les Illes Balears, and organized a special event to commemorate this new official recognition after several years of inactivity. The event, held at the Can Cosmi restaurant, brought together numerous members of the penya, led by its president, Pere Juan Rubiales. The celebration was also attended by Óscar Escoda, president of the Federació de Penyes de les Illes Balears, and Joan Josep Estella, former FC Barcelona player.

The event took place in a very festive atmosphere, full of Barça passion, demonstrating that the culer spirit remains very much alive on the island of Ibiza. In this way, PB Santa Eulària des Riu, founded in 1992, once again has a stable meeting space for its activities and events. It currently has around 350 members, with a notable increase in the presence of young people and children. After commemorating this renewed official recognition, the penya is already planning new activities and trips for its members.
