Last weekend, two supporters’ federations held their respective assemblies to address the end of the year and plan actions for 2026. These were the Federació de Penyes del Bages, Berguedà i Cerdanya, which met in Santpedor, and the Federació de Penyes de Ponent Nord, which gathered in the town of Ponts.
The Federació Bages, Berguedà i Cerdanya welcomes Xavier Vilajoana
The assembly of the Federació de Penyes del Bages, Berguedà i Cerdanya brought together around twenty supporters’ clubs from the region, most attending in person and three joining online. The meeting, led by the federation’s president, Antoni Valverde, included a financial review and discussed some of the activities planned for next year. Among these, the upcoming Supporters’ Clubs Gathering stands out, which will take place in La Pobla de Lillet after the summer of 2026, as well as the next Memorial Joan Casals, which is already being prepared. The assembly featured the presence of Xavier Vilajoana, who shared his vision for the Club and expressed his intention to prepare for the next presidential elections, while also listening to the opinions and concerns of the supporters present.
A new chapter for the Federació Ponent Nord
For its part, the Federació de Penyes de Ponent Nord held its assembly at the headquarters of the Penya Blaugrana de Ponts i Comarca, with a total of 11 supporters’ clubs from the region represented. It was the first meeting led by the new board chaired by Àngel Serra, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the organization. During the meeting, a review of the federation’s financial status was carried out, and the current situation of the supporters’ movement was discussed, among other topics. The Federació Ponent Nord faces this new stage with enthusiasm, encouraging all its clubs to continue promoting and expanding Barça fandom in their territory.
