Once again, the Penya Eslovaca dels Alts Tatras (FCB World Federation) enjoyed a very special weekend during its 2025 Summer Gathering, which marks the end of the current season. In celebration of Children’s Day, which is observed in Slovakia on June 1st, the penya organized an outing for members and their families near the town of Prievidza, in central Slovakia. This was the 10th edition of the gathering, which has become a tradition for the PB Eslovaca Alts Tatras, and one that its members eagerly anticipate.
During the stay, the penya organized activities for all ages, most of them centered around football. There were several football matches between children and adults (interestingly, the younger ones always won), as well as a trip to the zoo in the nearby town of Bojnice, which thrilled the young Barça fans. A raffle of gifts was also held for the attendees. As always, the PB Eslovaca Alts Tatras focuses this Summer Gathering on the new generations of Barça supporters in Slovakia, fostering a family-friendly atmosphere and strengthening the sense of community among all penya members. Next year will surely be another eagerly awaited occasion for all of them.
