15 years of growth
The Barça movement in Azerbaijan began on November 29, 2010, with the creation of FCB AZE, a social media community that brought together culers from across the country. It was a space to share news and create a meeting point for Barça fans in Baku to connect and watch matches together. This led to the founding of the Penya Barcelonista of Baku, which in 2017 became the first official supporters’ club in Azerbaijan recognized by the Club. Today, the penya has more than 280 official members who actively participate in various social, cultural, and sporting events. In addition, members of the PB Baku also attend some away matches of the first team. Another clear example that Barça passion knows no borders.
