The Penya Blaugrana de Sant Cugat (Federació de Penyes de Vallès) hosted the 3rd edition of the 7-a-Side Football Tournament for Diverse Abilities (formerly known as the Adapted 7-a-side Football Tournament) with great success in participation and attendance. The initiative, organized in collaboration with the Sant Cugat City Council, brought together five teams at the Can Magí Municipal Football Field, with a total of 70 participants including players, coaches, and assistants.
The teams that took part in the 3rd 7-a-Side Football Tournament for Diverse Abilities by PB Sant Cugat were CFU Mira-sol Baco Catalònia Fundació Creactiva, Maresme Catalònia Fundació Creactiva, Arc de Sant Martí Association of Martorell, CFU Mira-sol Baco ValldoFlore Catalònia Fundació Creactiva, and Penya Blaugrana Sant Cugat–Taller Jeroni de Moragas. All of them promoted an atmosphere of inclusivity and harmony among participants, turning the event into a true celebration of inclusive football in Sant Cugat and leaving competition in the background. For this reason, all players received medals, and trophies were awarded to the five participating teams.
The awards ceremony was led by Ferran Felius, Head of the Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities of Sant Cugat City Council; Eloi Rovira, advisor to the Sports Department of the same City Council; Adrià Serrahima, General Director of Catalònia Fundació Creactiva; Maria González, Coordinator of the Physical Activity Area of Catalònia Fundació Creactiva; Anna Riba, Pedagogue at Catalònia Fundació Creactiva; Albert Foz, Vicepresident of CFU Mira-sol Baco; and Pau Pulido, First Vice President of Penya Blaugrana Sant Cugat.
