As their respective electoral processes come to an end, the territorial Federations of penyes hold assemblies to proclaim the new president and their board of directors, among other matters. Two of the federations that did so last weekend were Tarragona Nord and the Comarques de Valencia i Marina Alta. Both now have new teams to continue evolving during the 2025–2029 term.
Joan Amigó, new president
The Federació de Penyes Barcelonistes de Tarragona Nord held an assembly in Reus with the participation of 15 supporters’ clubs from the region. There, Joan Amigó Morató, from PB L’Espluga de Francolí, was proclaimed as the new president. This transition marks the end of Josep Borrull’s tenure as head of the Tarragona federation, for which he received an emotional tribute. The new president praised work of Borrull and expressed his intention to maintain the level achieved under his leadership. Borrull will now serve as a board member of the entity.
The new board of directors of the Federació Tarragona Nord is composed of representatives from various supporters’ clubs in the region, including Miquel Mascaró (vicepresident – PB Baix Camp), Jordi Torre (secretary – PB L’Espluga de Francolí), Juan Palau (treasurer – PB Marc Bartra), and board members from penyes such as Cambrils, Riudecanyes, Nulles, Baix Camp, among others. The ratification was unanimous. The assembly also reviewed the financial accounts and voted on a new proposal for membership fees to fund the Federation.

Miquel Gomis re-elected as president
The assembly of the Federaració de Comarques de València i Marina Alta, held in Xeraco, served to appoint Miquel Gomis as president of the entity, as he led the only candidacy presented. Gomis thus renews his leadership for another four years at the head of the Valencian federation, where Salva Torres holds the first vice presidency for external affairs, Mario Torres is the economic vice president, and Paco Ballester is the sociocultural vice president.
Jose Juan Moncholí as secretary and Emili Marcet as treasurer are other notable names in the new board of directors of the Federació de Comarques de València i Marina Alta. Additionally, board members with specific responsibilities and regional representatives for the North Center, Interior-South, and Safor-Marina Alta have been appointed, ensuring balanced and functional territorial representation to serve all supporters’ clubs in the region.
