The PB Lleida 1970 and the PB Solsona i Comarca reward the best blaugrana drawings

The PB Lleida 1970 held the 15th edition of the Màrius Carretero Memorial, while the PB Solsona i Comarca carried out its 9th Drawing Contest “The Colors of Barça”

Once again, the most vibrant blaugrana colors have filled some Barça supporters’ clubs thanks to the traditional children’s drawing contests held just before the Christmas season. These initiatives aim to spark creativity and also the blaugrana passion among the youngest fans, while also being linked to other aspects of Catalan culture and even having a charitable component.

15th edition of the Màrius Carretero Memorial

The Penya Barcelonista Lleida 1970 (Federació Lleida Sud i la Franja) presented the awards for the 15th edition of the Màrius Carretero Children’s Drawing Memorial, which this year featured 120 submitted drawings. Once again, participants were students from the initial, middle, and upper primary cycles at Sant Jaume-Les Heures School in Lleida, who created their proposals following this year’s theme: the Millennium of Montserrat.

The awards ceremony, three for each category, took place at the Res Non Verba Hall in Lleida and was led by Josep Vigatà, president of the PB Lleida 1970, and Claudi Bosch, president of the Federació de Penyes de Lleida Sud i la Franja. The 15th edition of the Màrius Carretero Children’s Drawing Memorial was supported by the Confederació Mundial de Penyes, which contributed some of the gifts awarded.

The “Colors of Barça” Drawing Contest becomes established

The Penya Barcelonista Solsona i Comarca (Federació Ponent Nord) also recently organized its 9th Drawing Contest “The Colors of Barça,” which continues to enjoy great success in participation. Once again, the contest featured two categories: Calendar, for young penya members aged 6 to 12; and Bookmark, for members of the Amisol Association of Solsona, which works to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.

Winners in both categories received a double ticket for a futsal match at the Palau Blaugrana, a backpack and a scarf from PB Solsona i Comarca, and a blaugrana pencil case. In addition, their winning drawings will become, respectively, the image for the Calendar and the Bookmark that the penya will send to its members this Christmas.
