The Confederació Mundial de Penyes expresses its support for the initiative advocating for the return of the Espai d’Animació to the Spotify Camp Nou in the format created in 2016 and led by four supporters’ clubs that are part of our movement: Penya Almogàvers, Nostra Ensenya, Front 532 and Supporters Barça. As indicated by the results of the latest survey for supporters’ club members, conducted by the newspaper Mundo Deportivo, 90% of our community is also in favour of restoring this Espai d’Animació.
Over the past months, the Confederació has held meetings with representatives of these supporters’ clubs and other groups to share concerns, listen to the affected members and supporters, and propose alternatives that respond to the real needs of Barça fans. All of this has been done with the goal of achieving the return of a Grada d’Animació that has repeatedly proven the success of its format and its significant impact in the stadium, helping the team secure its main triumphs in recent years.
This call to recover the Grada d’Animació is also evident at every match in the stadium, where fans express their desire to restore a lively, participatory and inclusive space that enhances the atmosphere at the Spotify Camp Nou. Therefore, the Confederation joins the initiative to promote the chant “Volem la Grada d’Animació!” in the 12th minute of every match.
Signature collection
Among all the actions undertaken, the signature collection campaign has received the strongest response. Since its launch in early November, the Confederació Mundial de Penyes has made its headquarters available for signature collection and has also been present at other points on match days —whether at the Camp Nou, the Palau Blaugrana or throughout the territory— to gather more signatures. Thanks to this joint effort, a significant number of adhesions has been achieved, and the figure is expected to continue growing.

Despite the difficulties and the lack of institutional willingness encountered along the way, the determination of the Espai d’Animació groups remains intact. Work will continue until they regain their space and all members can enjoy Barça in an atmosphere worthy of our history.
