Penya Barcelonista de Porreres, belonging to the Federació de Penyes Barcelonistes de les Illes Balears, once again organised its Sant Roc Football Campus as part of the town’s main festivities. This year, the initiative, which reached its ninth edition, brought together nearly 50 boys and girls aged between 6 and 13 at the Ses Forques Municipal Field in Porreres. All of them shared a morning full of football passion, but also of the values that define Barça, such as respect, effort, commitment, teamwork and coexistence.
The 9th Sant Roc Football Campus of PB Porreres featured the participation of the qualified coaches Catalina Nadal and Joan Castañer, who proposed various exercises for the participants with the aim of improving their technique, their capacity for effort and also their understanding of the game. In addition, the supporters’ club provided shirts to all participants and gave them commemorative gifts. The event benefited from the collaboration of the Confederació Mundial de Penyes, which contributed the League trophy, as well as Porreres Town Hall. Councillors Marta Escoda and Joan Obrador showed this support through their presence during the campus.
