The Penya Blaugrana Dakar (FCB World Federation) held its Extraordinary General Assembly last Sunday, December 28, following the tradition of organizing it on the last weekend of the year. The venue was the Cardinal Hyacinthe Thiandoum School (CCHT) in Dakar, where members of the Barça supporters’ club gathered to review the activities carried out throughout 2025, identify areas for improvement, and set the roadmap for the newly started year 2026.
New board of directors and recognition of members
One of the highlights of this assembly was the official appointment of the new PB Dakar board of directors, which will serve a three-year term with a spirit of continuity, responsibility, and strengthening of the supporters’ club. In addition, two members were recognized: the winner of the first Barça Quiz organized by PB Dakar –a questionnaire entirely dedicated to Barça and created to reinforce members’ knowledge of the club– and the Best Member of 2025, chosen by fellow members for their involvement, passion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to PB Dakar.
The extraordinary assembly took place in an atmosphere of warmth, kindness, and brotherhood, in line with the values of the Senegalese supporters’ club, which stands out for its teamwork and solidarity. Once again, the passion for Barça in Senegal was evident. Soon, the Penya Blaugrana Dakar will share details of the activity program being prepared for 2026.
