The culers of Arroyo de San Serván, in the province of Badajoz, have a new FC Barcelona meeting point. It is the new headquarters of the Peña Blaugrana San Serván, belonging to the Federación de Peñas Extremeñas del FC Barcelona, which was inaugurated last Saturday. The penya, founded in 1992 and with about a hundred members, has changed its old headquarters for a more central and spacious one, looking for a greater comfort for all its members.
The event was attended by Miguel Ángel Cruz, president of the Federación de Peñas Extremeñas del FC Barcelona, as well as Ricardo Serna, former FC Barcelona player and member of the Agrupació Barça Jugadors. Also in attendance was the Peña Barcelonista Pueblonuevo de Guardiana, a member of the same Extremadura federation. The mayor of Arroyo de San Serván, Eugenio Moreno, did not miss it either. Along with them, many members and friends of the penya participated in the event, with a large presence of young supporters of FC Barcelona. After the inauguration, with the mandatory speeches, unveiling of a commemorative plaque and exchange of gifts, there was a dinner for members, supporters and fans in general of the supporters’ club, which closed a day full of blaugrana passion and fraternity.
