One of the favorite activities of the FC Barcelona penyes collective, as promoted by the Confederació Mundial de Penyes since 2019, is the practice of paddle tennis. A good example of this was offered by the Penya Barcelonista Isona i Conca Dellà, which last Saturday wanted to close the year 2023 with its 3rd Christmas Paddle Tournament.
The call, which in this case was reserved for members of this supporters’ club from Pallars Jussà, was a success and the tournament was developed with a great atmosphere among all participants. The setting was the paddle court of the municipality and the format of the competition, with quick games of 30 minutes, brought a lot of dynamism to the day. It is the third year that the PB Isona i Conca Dellà organizes its Christmas Paddle Tournament, which is already emerging as a fixed activity in its calendar.
A very sporty club
The Penya Barcelonista Isona i Conca Dellà is characterized, among other things, by the wide range of sports activities offered to its members. In addition to the aforementioned Christmas Paddle Tournament, there are other summer competitions such as the Ping-Pong Tournament or the Petanque Tournament. Both reached their 5th edition last summer, with a great success of participation. Previously, the club had also organized other activities such as bike rides and eSports tournaments.
