FC Barcelona supporters’ clubs continue to commemorate their milestones across Spain. In recent days, PB Marín has celebrated its 31st anniversary, PB Almogia its 20th and PB Massanassa its 33rd.
As for Penya Barcelonista Marín, part of the Federación de Peñas Barcelonistas Galegas, it celebrated its 31st anniversary with the presence of almost fifty supporters’ club members, led by its president, Salvador Cerviño, who is also president of the Federación de Peñas Galegas. María Nieves Loira, delegate of the Consell Consultiu in Galicia; Manolo Tomé, from the Agrupació Barça Jugadors; and José Méndez, president of the Federación de Peñas Celtistas, also attended the event, once again highlighting the good relationship between FC Barcelona and RC Celta supporters’ clubs in Galicia.
In Andalusia, Peña Barcelonista Almogia, from the Federación de Peñas Barcelonistas de Andalucía, Ceuta y Melilla, commemorated its 20th anniversary with the participation of around one hundred penya members. The president of PB Almogia, Cristóbal Torreblanca led a festive gathering that also included representatives from different supporters’ clubs in the province of Malaga, such as Francisco Javier Carrasco, president of PB Corazón Culé de Málaga, and Diego Peral, secretary of the Federación de Peñas Barcelonistas de Andalucía, Ceuta y Melilla. The event was also marked by tributes to the late former presidents Manuel Sánchez and Gonzalo Bueno, in recognition of their dedication and service at the head of the club.
In Valencia, Penya Barcelonista Massanassa, from the Federación de Peñas de Valencia y Marina Alta, celebrated its 33rd anniversary with the participation of a broad representation of its penya members, led by José Juan Moncholí, president of the entity. The club organised a fellowship dinner at its premises, which concluded with a toast to celebrate this milestone and also the end of a season in which the first football team has brought great joy to the Barça fans. During the event, the entity also paid tribute to the caretaker and the waitress at its premises, who are leaving their jobs after nine years of involvement with the supporters’ club.
