Once again, Barça Atlètic has counted on the support of the penyes collective in one of its trips in the 1st RFEF competition. On this occasion, it was the Federación de Peñas Barcelonistas Galegas who welcomed the team in their territory, on the occasion of the match against CD Arenteiro last weekend. It was in Carballino (Ourense), the locality of the Galician team.
The delegation was led by Salvador Cerviño, president of the Federación de Peñas Barcelonistas Galegas, and included members of the Peña Barcelonista de Marín, the Peña Eternos do Barça de Ourense and the host, the Peña Barcelonista do Carballiño. During the pre-match, the supporters went to Barça Atlètic hotel to share a few moments with the coach, Rafa Márquez, the assistant coach, Juliano Belletti, and the delegate, Carlos Busquets. The president of Barça Atlètic, Jordi Casals, also greeted the delegation.
The supporters of the Federación de Peñas Barcelonistas Galegas then went to the CD Arenteiro stadium to cheer on the team, although in the end they were unable to celebrate a blaugrana victory. During the half-time of the match, the supporters’ clubs, led by Salvador Cerviño, presented Jordi Casals with a gift to remember Barça Atlètic’s visit to Galicia.
