The great pace of assemblies goes on in the Federations of penyes throughout the territory to face the present and future in each respective region. One of them was the Federació Gironès, Selva, Garrotxa i Pla de l’Estany, which brought together 19 supporters’ clubs in the premises of the PB Cassà i Comarca, under the leadership of Quim Vall-Llosera, president of the federation. Among other issues, a balance of accounts was made and it was agreed to organize a coach for the II Trobada de Penyes de Federacions de Federacions dels Països Catalans on Saturday 13 April in Santpedor. The projects of the Confederació Mundial de Penyes and Aficiones Unidas were also discussed.
The Federació del Vallès also held its assembly, with its president Antoni Guil, also president of the Confederació Mundial de Peñas, at the head It was held at the headquarters of the PB Caldes de Montbui, with the presence of 20 supporters’ clubs from this area. In addition to the closing of accounts, the 2024 action plan was presented, which includes a strengthening of internal and external communication of the federation, as well as other proposals to boost the events and activities of the penyes of the Federació del Vallès.
Also in Castilla-La Mancha and Tarragona Nord
Another entity that met was the Federation de Castilla-La Mancha, chaired by Daniel Peinado. At the headquarters of the PB “Los Pedroteños” of Pedro Muñoz, representatives of more than 40 manchegan penyes gathered to approve the accounts and face this year with the aim of consolidating the pace of their events. In addition, work began with a view to the Annual Gala of the Federation for the end of 2024, as well as for the Meeting of Supporters’ Clubs of Castilla-La Mancha in 2025, whose venue is yet to be defined.
Finally, there was recently an assembly at the Federació Tarragona Nord, chaired by Josep Borrull. The meeting brought together representatives of 18 penyes from this territory, who attended the presentation of accounts and activities for the year 2023, as well as the budgets for 2024. Salva Torres, vice president of the Confederació Mundial de Penyes, also attended the event to explain the entire program of the II Trobada de Penyes de Federacions de Federacions dels Països Catalans. In addition, the conclusions of the last plenary of the Confederació last January were commented.
