The Peña Barcelonista de Guadalajara (Agrupación de Peñas del FC Barcelona de Madrid y Guadalajara) recently organised an exhibition of Barça shirts in its home city. This initiative, part of the celebrations marking the Castile-La Mancha supporters’ club’s 35th anniversary, was spearheaded by its vice-president, Iñaki Blanco, who provided the shirts from his personal collection. The venue was the foyer of the Guadalajara Provincial Council’s San José Centre, which took on Barça’s colours over three afternoons with around 90 shirts on display.
The exhibition featured shirts from the 1970s to the present day, including home, away and third kits, as well as special and commemorative editions. Some of the shirts were also personalised, signed, or dedicated. As Iñaki Blanco explains, his passion began with FC Barcelona’s centenary celebrations in 1999 and has continued to grow, with his collection now numbering more than 100 shirts. The exhibition attracted considerable interest in Guadalajara, even among visitors who were not Barça fans, and even helped bring 15 new members to PB Guadalajara.

Events for the 35th anniversary
This shirt exhibition is part of the programme celebrating PB Guadalajara’s 35th anniversary, with events taking place throughout 2026. The celebrations began in May, when the penya took part in the Guadalajara Associations Fair to announce the milestone, and continued in September with the launch of a charity food collection and an event for members to exchange Barça memorabilia.
The main events will take place this November. On Saturday 7 November, PB Guadalajara’s premises will host a Fellowship Gathering for the penyes of Madrid and Guadalajara. A week later, on Saturday 14 November, the final day of the 35th-anniversary celebrations will take place. The programme will include handing over the donated food to the organisation Proyecto Hombre, a lunch with FC Barcelona representatives, a discussion with journalists and a grand gala dinner to round off the celebrations.
