As is customary when the summer season arrives, a large number of penyes organize gatherings with their members to mark the wrap-up of the season and look ahead to the start of the next one. This year has been no exception and, moreover, these events have enjoyed a great festive atmosphere, especially thanks to the Barça successes of the men’s and women’s first football teams. They have also once again shown the strong spirit of fellowship and community generated by Barça penyes wherever they exist.
Barça spirit is more alive than ever
One of the penyes that brought its members together was PB Lleida 1970 (Fed. Lleida Sud i la Franja), which held its III Member’s Lunch in a very good atmosphere. Meanwhile, PB Parets (Fed. Vallès) organized a new Member’s Day, offering a full day of activities for adults and children, with the presence of the CAT mascot. PB La Pobla de Lillet (Fed. Bages, Berguedà i Cerdanya) also celebrated its 19th Barça Party, while PB Anguera (Fed. Barcelonès Oest) held its traditional Closing Party.
PB Salvador Sadurní de L’Arboç (Fed. Tarragona Nord) also organized its Member’s Day, while PB Sant Bartomeu del Grau (Fed. Osona i Ripollès), PB Joves de Ponent Albesa (Fed. Ponent Nord), PB L’Avi Xaxu (Fed. Maresme), PB L’Avenç d’Esplugues and PB Cervelló (PB Baix Llobregat), and PB Teixonera (Fed. Barcelonès Est), among many others, shared an end-of-season gathering with their members.
Gatherings across all territories
In the Federación de Galicia, PB Perla de Arousa, PB do Porriño and PB Eternos do Barça also brought their members together to conclude a season full of Barça successes, while in the Federació Balears, PB Sa Pobla and PB Ferreries, among others, did the same. PB Ceuta (Fed. Andalucía, Ceuta y Melilla), as well as PB “San Miguel” Novés and PB Almansa (Fed. Castilla-La Mancha), did not miss the opportunity to celebrate this end of the season with their associates.
Internationally, several penyes have organized activities with their members to say goodbye to this 2025-26 season. PB Wroclaw (Poland) took a boat cruise along the Odra River, while PB Copenhagen (Denmark) organized a futsal match among its members and PB Paris went on an outing to play bowling. All of them, and the entire movement, are already looking forward to the start of the new season with renewed enthusiasm.
