It wasn’t just any evening at the Camp Nou, but a very special occasion with a great emotional charge. It was the last match at the Camp Nou as we know it, and also the farewell to two historic players such as Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba. All these ingredients made the supporters’ clubs movement move massively to the stadium to say “see you later” before the provisional move to Montjuic.
Once again, members of penyes from all over the world attended: PB Kerala, PB Roma and PB Lombarda (FCB World Federation); PB Tenerife-Tegueste (Fed. Canarias); PB Soses and PB Puigverd de Lleida (Fed. Lleida Sud); PB Almogàvers and PB Nostra Ensenya (Fed. Barcelonès Oest); PB Front 532 and PB Foment Martinenc (Fed. Barcelonès Est); and PB Vicenç Piera, PB Vinaròs, PB Tivenys, PB Amposta and PB Ulldecona (Fed. Terres de l’Ebre), among many others.
The supporters’ clubs were also protagonists in the tribute acts at the end of the match. Members of historical entities such as PB Mataró (Fed. Maresme) and PB Foment Martinenc (Fed. Barcelonès Est) participated in them on the Camp Nou pitch.
As usual, before the match there was a festive and family atmosphere at the headquarters of the Confederació Mundial de Penyes. In addition to some of the penyes mentioned above, members of the PB Corazón Blaugrana Bogotá, PB Fresno, PB Vandoevre-Lorraine, PB El Salvador and PB Virtual Blaugrana (FCB World Federation) were present, as well as the federations of Terres de l’Ebre, Lleida Sud i Gironès, Selva, Garrotxa i Pla de l’Estany.
