There are only a few weeks left for FC Barcelona supporters’ clubs to receive the physical edition of the Penyista Card 2022 from the World Confederation of Supporters’ Clubs. To avoid delays and to ensure that it reaches each and every one of the more than 160,000 members correctly, the Confederation asks supporters’ clubs to log into the e-Office and update their new memberships and deregistrations, if any have been made.
Thus, administrators just need to enter the e-Office and make sure that the census their members (with or without a Digital Identity) is up to date. They also need to check that all the details registered according to the current procedure are correct. Those supporters’ clubs that already had all their members registered in the e-Office and have not experienced any change, don’t need to do anything, as all of them will receive the Penyista Card without any problem.
Once the data has been extracted, the Confederation anticipates a period of at least five weeks for the cards to be produced and sent to all members. The Penyista Card 2022 is completely free for all members.
Extension of the deadline and training sessions
Due to the number of queries received over the last few days, and at the request of many supporters clubs, the deadline for updating the census data in the e-Office has been extended until Monday 7 March 2022.
On the other hand, during the next week, some training sessions will be scheduled in the three languages. These will explain once again how the e-Office works and resolve generic doubts. We also plan to send out the operating manuals again.
Calendar of training sessions:
- Monday 28th February, 17:30h (Catalan)
- Tuesday 1 March, 17:30h (Spanish)
- Wednesday 2 March, 17:30h (English)
These sessions will be recorded and will be available to all supporters clubs from the day after they are held.
