The FC Barcelona Supporters’ Clubs World Confederation has launched its new website: https://confederaciopenyes.cat/en. During the last two months, the Confederation worked on developing a new online portal intended for the more than 163,000 supporters’ clubs members and any other users interested in learning about the Barcelona supporters’ club movement in detail. The website is an exclusive information portal where users can find the latest news from the FC Barcelona supporters’ clubs world, as well as get to know its stakeholders better. Users can also find out about the origin and centuries-old history of the FC Barcelona supporters’ clubs movement, the objectives and values that define the organization, as well as its structure and global dimension.
In addition to providing information, the website is also at the service of all the users that the Confederation encompasses from around the world. With just a click, supporters’ clubs can request conferences, events and activities from the Confederation to be held at the supporters’ clubs facilities, and users can also check the calendar regarding events that have already been scheduled. The website also provides access to Penyes to purchase tickets for FC Barcelona matches, and additional information regarding the supporters’ clubs cards (“carnet de penyista”) that registered supporters’ clubs members receive annually.
E-Office
One of the main pillars of the new website is the e-Office, which we launched a year ago. This portal allows individual supporters’ clubs members or peñistas to create their own Digital Identity, which lets them manage online procedures. In the near future, the e-Office will also provide access to many exclusive advantages for registered members to enjoy. And the board members of supporters’ clubs will be able to manage their official census of peñistas and keep it up-to-date.
Over the next few weeks, the Confederation will continue to update and refine the online content to meet the needs of all users
