The VII Literary Contest of the Penya Blaugrana Foment Martinenc is already underway. After breaking all records for participation last year, the popular literary competition of this historic supporters’ club of the Federació Barcelonès Est has now called on all supporters’ clubs members, Club members and Barça fans in general to demonstrate their narrative skills through a short story with a Blaugrana theme. The piece must not exceed three pages in length and, as a novelty, it can be written in any language, so this year the competition is open to any Barça fan from around the world who would like to participate.
The deadline for submitting entries is 31 January 2022. Entries can be delivered physically or sent by post to the headquarters of the PB Foment Martinenc (Provença, 593, 08026 Barcelona, Spain) or by email to pbfm55@gmail.com. The VII Literary Contest will award a prize of 300 euros for the best story, 200 euros for the second and 100 euros for the third, with a parallel prize of 100 euros for the best work written by a supporters’ club member, provided that the latter has not won one of the three aforementioned prizes. The prizes will be awarded next March, coinciding with the 67th anniversary of the PB Foment Martinenc.
